• We provide information on zoning classifications
• Give floodplain determinations for the unincorporated area of the county
• Issue building permits and zoning compliances for construction projects
• Issue sign permits
• Review site plans and subdivision plats for new developments
• Assign addresses for most areas of the county
• Investigate alleged zoning violations
• We are the administrative office for the Bullitt County Joint Planning Commission and Joint Board of Adjustments and process applications for rezoning requests, subdivision review, and variance and conditional use permit applications.
